Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 48 hours.
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
Shipping Countries & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer worldwide delivery. Estimated shipping time before delivery is generally between 3 and 15 business days, depending on your destination:
- United Kingdom: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 5-12 business days
- United States, Canada, Australia: 5-15 business days
- Rest of world: 10-15 business days
Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, high order volumes, or postal disruptions, particularly during peak shopping seasons.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Depending on your destination country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Please ensure the shipping information you provide (name, address, phone number, etc.) is accurate and complete. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details, we may be unable to issue a replacement or refund.
