Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original packaging with all original labels attached.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility when returning an item for personal preference reasons. If the error or damage was on our end, we cover the return shipping cost. No restocking fees apply.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please send a photo or video to contact@tatazy.com so we can resolve it quickly.
Exclusions
Customised or personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
